Rosslyn is a former resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where she began her real estate career.  After retiring from teaching elementary education, with a Master’s Degree, Rosslyn received her real estate salesperson license in 1983 and her broker’s license in 1994. Rosslyn is the sole owner of her brokerage firm, which is located in Belle River, Louisiana.  Ms. Stone is well known as a Waterfront Property Specialist in the Belle River / Lake Verret / Pierre Part area and has tremendous knowledge of the waterways and waterfront values, an area which is known as a “freshwater fishing paradise”.

Rosslyn has a unique niche as a professional real estate broker.  She is very service oriented and continues to market and sell more property than anyone else in the area.  Her communication skills and knowledge of the market are ongoing reasons for her incredible success.

Rosslyn markets The Oaks At Belle River and The Retreat, which are both restricted waterfront developments. Rosslyn is also marketing the newest restricted Belle River waterfront development, Cypress Cove. Other waterways include Lake Verret, Bayou Corne, Bayou Pierre Part, Bayou Tranquille, and Stephensville, Louisiana.

Her expertise also includes all aspects of the real estate business, including her ability to pre-qualify buyers and provide guidance for available financing (lenders), insurance, home inspections, attorneys, appraisers, etc.

Rosslyn is very active within her community.  She is a member of The Assumption Parish Chamber of Commerce and Pierre Part / Belle River Business Group.

Beryl Gomez is Rosslyn Stone’s Office Manager.  She has recently joined Ms. Stone after retiring from BellSouth with 33 years service. Her executive roles with BellSouth all focused on customer service in the telecommunications industry. Her skills support the vision and expectations of this firm.
